Kirk’s 5 Star LLC

By providing your mobile phone number to Kirk’s 5 Star LLC (collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern our text messaging program.
1. Program Description
You may receive text messages from Kirk’s 5 Star LLC related to our services. These messages will be transactional in nature and may include:
- Appointment reminders
- “On our way” notifications
- Job status updates
- Requests for reviews after completed work
2. Message Frequency
You will receive no more than 4 messages per month and no more than 2 messages per week.
3. Consent and Opt-In
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and agreeing (either verbally or by replying to a text) to receive SMS communications from us, you give your prior express written consent to receive these transactional text messages. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services from us.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier’s plan. Kirk’s 5 Star LLC does not charge you for this service.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message. It may take up to 10 days to fully process your request. You may also contact us at 517-425-5056 to opt out.

7. Supported Carriers
Our text messaging program works with most major U.S. carriers. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy and Data Use
Your mobile phone number and any information collected through our SMS program will only be used for internal purposes and will be stored in our CRM system. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or consent information with third parties for marketing purposes. Please see our full Privacy Policy (already linked in Leap) for complete details.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued participation in the SMS program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of any material changes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kirk’s 5 Star LLC is not liable for any delays, non-delivery, or damages arising from the use of this SMS program.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
